Ordering online was a breeze. However, the delivery date on my order was late due to severe weather conditions, which was by no fault at all by Superdry nor the deliveryman. When I reached out to customer service with my concerns, I was pleased with how quickly they replied back. The rep I corresponded with was incredibly helpful and reassuring with tracking down my order and providing me with an updated ETD. Was very happy when the jacket arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition! Will definitely order from them again!
