Item purchased was not labeled as "final sale," only when I tried to initiate a return I became aware of this. After chat back and forth with customer rep and a email later I was able to find out the items discounted over 50% are deemed "final sale." Only when to go to How Can We Help you get to know what items are "final sale." Final Sale should be clearly label and in the description so that we can be aware.

The clothes have appealing and modern design, so many styles to pick from, an easy online buying experience plus their fulfillment and shipping is probably one of the best I have experienced. Mark was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and opening up the dressing room at Queens Center mall.
