Mistakes happen. Fix them.
I ordered magnets for a tradeshow and…

I ordered magnets for a tradeshow and made sure they would arrive by 8/29. The package did arrive on time, and at first, I was happy, until I opened it and discovered they had sent me someone else’s order. With my tradeshow just two days away, I immediately contacted customer service. I was asked to send photos of the incorrect items, which I did right away, and was told they would get back to me with a resolution.Unfortunately, no one ever followed up. It has now been three days with no response, and my deadline has passed. Not only did I not receive the correct product I paid for, but I was also left without any support when I needed it most. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Tariff

The last purchase was fine the 2 previous were horrible as you charged a tariff which was never implemented and you could not have paid it on my purchases! No response when I complained. I will order only after checking out others completely as the salesperson that helped me had no customer service. When I ordered next did not use her and I hope she did not get credit. Very disappointed as before had enjoyed using you although the salesperson person was never helpful!

Quick response, good looking carabiner keychains, and I like our company logo engraved on the tag. The only thing I would change is to increase the key ring from 1" diameter to 1-1/4" diameter.

More than satisfied but be careful …

I have used PENS.COM many times and have been more than satisfied because of the service I have received. The website is easy to use and the return time of the product is prompt. My past two orders were disappointing, though, because two common everyday words were misspelled. Although I accept COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY for the misprints I was disappointed that the word REMEMBERING was misspelled on that first order and on the second order the word REUNION was misspelled. Both words are fairly common. In fairness, I was advised to carefully proofread my printing but I guess the print size on the website was evidently too small for me to pick up on the misspellings. A word to future customers CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR SPELLINGS, EVEN ON COMMON EVERYDAY WORDS!

There was a discrepancy with our first order but the pens.com team was very helpful in resolving the issue and sending us a new order in a timely manner and we are happy with the look of our logo on the pens.
