I use ESET for virus protection for my home PC. They offer straight-forward service and allow you to use your PC and everything is done in the background, AND there are NO ANNOYING DAILY pop-up ads trying to sell you other services. I will never switch.
This Co. is doing nothing that I know it to make a difference for my use. I have for a long time and I just expect to be protected.I am not an expert on this matter, just a user and is likely that if I were to have a problem I will switch to somebody else because I think is likely I will be told it was my problem.However, I think that it should be better you ask "how can we improve as your service" I am an old person with a foreign background and it is good not to assume that we know all the wording or functioning that are relate to handle a computer.Personally, sometimes I try to use your brouser for banking or other web sites and I do not know if I am doing it correct or is Google the one that take the place of yours.What ever, I like to be safe, the web is a Jungle. My experience this past year with ESET, is the same as past years going to 2009 or earlier. Like Insurance, it's really best when not needed and that's actually thanks to ESET. This year, faster than ever. Other products I tried (just to save a buck) brought my PC to a slow grind! And I never have to do anything with or to it just pay when needed!
Ordered water bottles for our elementary school walk-a-thon. Called on a Tuesday late afternoon and they were able to get our tax-exempt status added to our account while on the phone. I got a proof in my email the next morning, it was in production shortly thereafter, and we had the product delivered on Saturday morning. They look even better in person and the kids are thrilled when they get one. Even better that it is a USA made product. Highly recommend!
