Dogshit, just straight up dog shit. I been on the line with customers service for 30min and still holding. I have been transferred 4 time repeatedly myself each time. I got a business to run and instead of providing good customer service, you hired cheap labor workers who isn’t trained properly. These people doesn’t even relay my issues to the next person and then the managers doesn’t want to goto the phone but can relay the messages to the person on the phone that they won’t get to me without telling them the problem again.Edit:Don’t reply to me Square with that bot reply.
Eset has been keeping the hackers out. These hackers have been harassing me for years. With my old computer they had put something in it so they could see my screen and my previous security software was not able to remove it. I am hoping that Eset will protect me from this kind of attack.
We’ve been long-time users of Square with a high-volume account, but our recent experience with a chargeback has made us seriously reconsider. A customer falsely claimed that the item was not as described — even though we had all documentation, proof of listing, and a clear offer for a return. The customer kept the merchandise, filed a chargeback, and Square ruled against us with no option to appeal. The support we received was disorganized, scripted, and ultimately dismissive — even when we said we might close our account. If this had been a larger order, the damage would’ve been far worse. We no longer feel protected as merchants and are evaluating alternatives.
