Trash company, don’t use them. They will accept transactions from you and the moment you are doing good with your business and have some money they will lock your account without telling you why and hold your money for 90 days. Furthermore they will block you from contacting them so that they don’t have to tell you why and you will have to Google why and understand why later. They put $7k of mine on hold for 90 days and put my company in a bad place.
I have ordered from superdry two times, and both times something went wrong. The first time I was sent the wrong sneakers. I had to return them, and by the time the return process was complete the sneakers I wanted were out of stock so I was refunded the money instead. The most recent order, I bought three t-shirts and they never made it to me. They kindly offered to re-ship them, but by the time this all got sorted out, I received an email that all 3 shirts I ordered were now sold out. I understand that things happen, but every time I've ordered now somethings gone wrong. I don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore. If I happen to come across one of the stores in-person I'll happily check it out because the clothes seem really nice. But the online ordering experience has not been good.
