The pens are exactly what I ordered. However when I place the order I was told that we could pay 50% once the order was received and the other 50% in 90 days So after I place the order all of a sudden I had to pay 50% right away or the order would be canceled I'm not sure what happened but then I was told that production would take two days and then it would just be shipping after that. And production ended up taking more like five or six weeks and then it was shipped. I would say definitely you have some internal problems with communication
The order took about 3 months to get to me- maybe longer. It took so long I forgot about the order and once I remembered I assumed I decided against it. The calendars finally showed up in 3 boxes- 2 rectangular that fit the calendars size and kept them in order& one larger square box. The calendars in the square box were obv tossed around and are all crinkled and bent up. Not something I feel good about giving to my customers so it was 3 months to toss half of them. Super disappointed.
I never received 344 of my 840 calendars plus I never received the 840 envelopes I ordered. I called it in and was told to send pictures of what I got and I am still waiting to hear. On top of waiting months for it I dont get what I ordered and didn't get a refund.
