Deserves zero stars. Seems to be a scam company. Guaranteed delivery before Halloween. One week later they haven’t even shipped it and now say it won’t arrive for Halloween. Why bother guaranteeing it? Offered me a discount on a future order to make up for it. Seriously? Why would I ever order again from a company that can’t seem to ship anything in the first place. The proper response is to overnight the order to me and keep your guarantee. Can’t speak to the quality of their products because they don’t actually ship them.
The color was not at all what was shown in the pictures. (It was a dark orange-brown instead of tan brown). The collar was supposed to be a different color. The jacket is not accurate at all. The jacket was supposed to be made from real leather, and quite frankly, it's really crappy quality and most likely not real leather at all. the size is way too small (for a large). And overall, the jacket looks like its about to fall apart, with stitches coming undone everywhere and the buttons looking loose. I'd like an explanation for why it looks this way and why this isn't fine quality leather as promised when ordering.
I ordered a jacket for a costume party - the jacket arrived in a timely manner, and the quality was WAY better than I expected! Jacket is perfect - and nice enough that I could actually wear it as a jacket and not just as part of the costume. Customer service was quick to respond by email when I had a shipping question. I would definitely order from this company again.
Bought a jacket online advertised as free shipping worldwide then got an email asking for a further $75 to post. Picked these guys because of the free shipping then that! False advertising and very disappointed that this happened. Have requested a refund. Buy at your risk. Hopefully will get my money back
Great customer service. Ordered a patch jacket for an event and it was a little smaller than expected when it arrived. I emailed and got a quick response and solution. Able to get another one for my event as well. Not common that you hear back at all and was very impressed by the understanding and fast solution. It made it a smooth process.
