I love my Jacket! It arrived as described and the quality was very impressive for the price. Equally as great, is their customer service - I shop plenty online and this company goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Honest review and I will definitely shop with them again.
The customer service email was a bit slow, it would take a bit too long to return some emails, the only serious issue i had is that the status kept saying "processing" and return emails kept saying "in Process", waited 3 weeks, still the same, then i mentioned canceling my order and gettign a refund, "coincidentally" enough an update shows up and tracking number, the tracking had showed that the jacket had already been shipped 5 days prior and i was not notified about that other than return emails saying "being processed". Bit of a supply and Demand/Shipping issue but that is expected ordering close to Halloween and the popularity of the series.
The jacket I ordered came very quickly, unfortunately it was the wrong color however, after contacting them via email they were very helpful, kind, and resolved my issue amazingly fast! I would recommend them to anyone searching for a jacket or high quality material, certain to last a long time!
