What a great company! I just received the Utred of Bebbanburg vest/jacket from the movie: The Last Kingdom and it was perfect. Such attention to detail and so authentic. It looks just like the one in the movie. Considering the time and work involved in this reproduction, I think the price was very reasonable. Customer Service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to others.
I ordered the Lainey Wilson coat she wore at the New Years Eve Nashville bash. They duplicated the coat exactly what she wore. I am a size medium and ordered a medium. Fits perfectly, looks exactly like the coat well made and lined. The description was spot on. Very happy with this purchase. Customer service was great as they would reply promptly to my questions.
I ordered a jacket on Nov 25th for Christmas. When I gave it to my husband on Christmas the jacket just did not fit. I tried to find on their website what the return policy was but could not find it so I emailed them. The email I received stated that they have a 30 day return exchange policy - no exceptions. Needless to say I was very unhappy and now I have a $100 jacket that my husband can’t wear. Will not buy from them again.

I wish I would never made that purchase.. On the 7th of January I've placed an order for a vest and received a receipt. To this day I have exchanged various emails and in a nutshell, one "Lisa Amber" keeps coming up with different excuses and saying the item is still being processed. Almost 20 days later! They stopped responding and will not refund my money. Also in many places like Facebook and Instagram they try to pass as an American business while they're not. If you visit their website in the "contact us" section you will find that they are in Dorset UK as their telephone number. All their listed items have deliberately their prices in US Dollars for misleading purposes. Stay away and keep your money!
Greetings- I have purchased the Lily Collins Inheritance coat from this company and I am more than happy with the coat it is beautiful the quality it wonderful, but what I must tell you about is the kindness and compassion with which I was treated due to personal circumstances I pretty much only shop online & sometimes it can be hit and miss & what I have encountered it seems in the past several years is customer service is evaporating and it may be due to what seems to me like people seem to be looking for reasons to be offended. If you’re looking for them, you will find them however, with this company I had a couple of questions so I reached out immediately with a very kind and caring response responded back one of my issues is, I cannot regulate my body temperature and I simply asked them how long it would take for the shipping didn’t ask them to ship it sooner, but they must have expedited it because it was here very quickly but anytime I communicated with them they refer responded quickly kindly compassionately I was truly in awe🫢 With gratitude 🙏 I would recommend to anyone and everyone to buy from this company. Their prices are excellent. Their quality is excellent. Their customer service is over the top.
I had order david's jacket from cyberpunk 2077 and when it got here i was in awe of the amount of detail and functionality it had. It looked like it was straight out of the game and felt like it could stand up to regular wear. Definitely great quality.plus if you get the version with lights all of the wiring is nice and secure and doesn't feel like it'll break or get lost in the jacket .The only problems i had with the jacket is that i went with a medium instead of a small initially.
