As agreed I have now changed my review from a negative to a positive, After ordering two Jackets , not receiving the first one and the 2nd one arriving incorrect , a bit of a battle to get it resolved they got there in the end and have now refunded both of them , I think if a company realises where they are going wrong and rectify’s their error then that can only be a good thing , I wish your company well but leave you with this message I say to everyone when it comes to buisness and dealing with customers ‘ how you leave someone feeling after an experience with you , becomes your trademark’
Had an issue with the jacket ordered finish quality. We it was determined that it wasn't easily corrected they offered a refund. Disappointing because jacket looked really nice when Vanessa Hudgins wore it on TV. But if they honor their promise to refund it is a good customer service experience and I will try their products again in the future.
I ordered the coat worn by Daniel Craig in the movie "Knives Out." After 18 working days (with a "10 to 12 working days shipping guarantee" ... we'll see how THAT works out), I got a shoddily-made coat that looks NOTHING like the coat in the film. In addition, the packaging was equally shoddy and torn. Finally, the coat and packaging smelled HORRIBLE (like a fuel or oil smell) ... so bad that I had to put it in my garage since it was smelling up my house. Did NOT ship from the US ... don't be fooled!
We bought the Rocketman Elton John jacket and it looks fabulous on. They run a little small so my advise would be to order a size up. Although there was no contact number all emails, fb messages were answered promptly and issues were dealt with in a timely and very fair manner. Overall very happy and a great original jacket for a great price.
I LOVE this coat! I have had more positive comments while wearing this than anything I have ever worn. "Hey, nice coat!" follows me everywhere I go. It is warm, comfy, and well made. Go up one size when ordering as they run slightly small I got a XXXL and it fit perfectly (I usually wear 2xl) It also came very fast! I wish there was a place to insert a photo so you can see how cool it is. It helps that I have a long white beard to go with it.
