Utmost are a complete nightmare to deal with. Nothing can be done over the phone and the website/app is just as bad and transfering your money to another provider to get away from Utmost is made as difficult as possible. They are not part of the automated pension transfer process system.
Access to my online portal was very useful.I did have some issues that could not be solved through the portal .I ended up calling an advisor and was given the help I needed .Please be aware that any uploaded documents need to be extremely small ( one page at a time ). This was not explained to me and therefore there was a delay .Then the advisors couldn’t see all my docs on the portal - even though I had sent them.Rather frustrating!Overall a good service and prompt resolution.
