I was very nervous about ordering sofas without viewing but valencia made my experience very easy, I ordered the Kotor fabric sofa and requested if my sofas could be delivered before the weekend as I had an important event coming up they had them delivered with set up after 2 days ! The delivery also went very smoothly, Im in love with my sofas they look absolutely beautiful the fabric, the style everything about these sofas simply beautiful. I definitely recommend Valencia for their customer service as well as quality of sofa.
We purchased two Parma Valencia 92 inch leather sofa in antique white, overall the product is of good quality. The first sofa arrived on time, but the second sofa was delayed and it was difficult to get an appropriate ETA from Valencia, which is the reason for the four star. I understand that there are delays that are possible, but don’t think it was appropriate to receive limited visibility on why the sofa was delayed (without any acknowledgement that it would be delayed) for such a large purchase. They sent an NLI tracking number, but it led to a dead link and there was limited way to contact the carrier.Order: July 25Expected: Aug 24-29Delivered: closer to mid Sept
Valencia Bellagio ecoluxe leather row of two. Good Very high quality chairs, the ecoluxe leather is beautiful, soft and a good quality alternative for those conscience of buying leather or would like to save some money instead of the more expensive leather range. I highly recommend the bellagio range , you will not be disappointed. They look and feel as good as good or very close to the quality and sturdiness to the chairs in Vue cinema IMO. They recline back so your almost but not quite flat , and they have an adjustable headrest all controlled by buttons on the inside of the arm rest. Very easy to set up. Delivery was quick. Bad The descriptions says suitable for doors with a width of 62 cm , this is nonsense and misleading , the box is massive no way will it fit anywhere near a 62 cm door width. We had unbox outside on the pavement and even then we couldn’t get the chairs through the front door , we had to take the arm rests off and unscrew the 4 feet to get through the door and reassemble inside the home , it was very stressful, wife was crying thinking we would never get them in the front door , but eventually we managed it after a few hours and my tool box . I recommend a door width at least 75 cm minimum if unpacking outside or at least 100 cm if bringing boxes in doors to unpack.
i recently bought a Jasper Sofa from Valencia, and can I just say, it is absolutely spectacular. Not only is the quality top tier, but the customer service is out of this world. Nyla from customer service in particular was very kind, as she took care of all of my shipping issues and was very patient with me, for I am a very old man. Bless her heart!
The level of comfort is unbelievable. Although I was apprehensive about purchasing a sofa online, I'm delighted I did. Customer service even followed up after calling to confirm delivery details. Everything seemed professional and well-organized.
