Quick delivery and excellent quality couch. Good communication with the company and quick delivery. We had an issue with the connector that connects both the couches together. We addressed the issue with Valencia and they had the correct connection shipped out to us.
So happy with my new chair! Everything from ordering to delivery went so smoothly. I was unsure about ordering online but the quality, craftsmanship and comfort of the chair have exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.
Customer service is impossible to reach. I received my theater seats in November 2024. Until today I was pleased. However, 2 weeks ago one of the seat's springs began to make noise when reclining and when moving back to the regular position. I have 2 concerns. Customer service was impossible to reach. I attempted to send a service ticket through the website but it didn't process. Then I sent an email to the address provided by Valencia after I purchased the seats, but it was returned. The second concern is the springs. My chairs are less than 1 year old and I don't want noise from the spring to get worse. The purpose of reaching out was to ask for a solution. But the auto-attendent sounds like a bad attempt to us AI.
I bought the Kotor Sofa from Valencia Theatre Seating. The price was reasonable, and the white-glove service was included. It took only a few days to schedule the delivery after I placed the order, and the whole process was very smooth. The delivery team called about an hour before arriving, set up the couch exactly where I wanted it, and removed all the packaging afterward.The couch itself is beautiful and comfortable(I was looking for something firm) and it’s just perfect. It also came with two matching cushions, which are quite useful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with everything and have already recommended it to my friends. I’m so glad I found this website and will definitely consider buying from them again in the future.
