I bought this Valencia Leather Swivel Rocker Recliner Chair mostly for my husband, but we both love it! It is Beautiful, Large, and Comfy! It arrived without a scratch and was easy to put together. All we had to do, was slide the back part of the chair onto the seat part. It swivels smoothly, rocks gently, and reclines comfortably! It’s also easy to keep clean. We can now enjoy a chair that is both relaxing and also fun to swivel around when we want to watch all the birds and other wildlife in our backyard. I rate this chair and Valencia Theater Seating Company 5 out of 5 stars for their quality of goods and service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ordering a sofa online can be intimidating, especially when buying leather pieces. Valencia leather is high quality and well made. The assembly was simple and easy and the style of the couch was on point. We have very active dogs and this leather is holding up wonderfully. I use a leather soap for cleaning and a leather salve for conditioning. The coloring of the leather is gorgeous. Very happy with our purchase.
Valencia is doubling down on treating a customer bad. I left a review with Trustpilot and got a call from Valencia asking why I had given the bad review. I told him I was given a paid invoice and then Valencia called back for more money. They claimed there was a website glitch, but I was helped by one of their salesman at the time, so I don't buy it. They asked me to remove my bad review for $200, but yet I had paid $780 more after the website debacle. I then told him I would not make a change to the review until I see the seats. He then sent me an email with three blank tracking numbers. To this day - 6 days later, the tracking numbers have not populated and I don't have my chairs 7 weeks later.
