Bought a six seater set which cost about £10k and one of the lights doesn’t work, so they sent parts, which took 2 months and said we have to get our electrician to fit them ! Know one of the accessories points has come off one of the centre chairs and again they said to disassemble the chairs turn the faulty one upside down and we should be able to fit it !!!😡😡 surly this should be done by them under warranty, we can’t even lift the chairs never mind unlinking the chair and turning it upside down.
I'm very particular when it comes to furniture finishes, and this leather sofa is almost perfect. The stitching is clean, the leather smells and feels genuine, and the frame is solid. Overall, this is a high-end piece without the showroom markup.
At first glance, it's a sleek, minimal coffee table, but the storage drawer is a change of pace. We keep remotes, chargers, and even our toddler's coloring books in there. The finish is beautiful and resistant to fingerprints.
I couldn’t be happier with my new home theater seats! They’re plush and super comfortable for long movie sessions. The recline function is smooth, and the built-in cup holders are super convenient. Delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I definitely recommend these seats to anyone who loves movies!
NIGHTMARE!!! Do not order furniture from here. We bought a new home and ordered furniture from Valencia. We have now waited over a year for furniture. We have had shipments of broken furniture, furniture we never ordered delivered, pieces of orders delivered and no direction when we will get the rest. It just keeps getting worse. We spent over 9K and after a year of waiting and all the times they have screwed up our order they have offered a 2% discount. What a joke. You may as well buy your furniture a Leon's, the Brick or Wayfair as the quality is the same and you stand a better chance of actually receiving it. If I could give "0" stars i would. Terrible experience, customer service is even worse.
