Valencia Theater Seating is a masterclass in deception and terrible service—avoid at all costs. Before ordering in January 3 2025, their sales rep Dennis assured me their return rate was 0%, the sale was ending soon (it’s still ongoing!), and returns within 15 days would cost ‘a couple hundred dollars.’ What arrived was a disaster—cheap-looking material that felt like fake leather despite their ‘premium’ claims, and a broken, crooked headrest. I requested a return the day it was delivered, only to be slapped with over $1,000 in shipping fees—far beyond what was promised—later grudgingly dropped to $700 after weeks of arguing.Their customer service rep, Naila Award, made it unbearable. For over a month, I left 100+ calls and messages, sent countless emails, and provided every photo and video they demanded—only to get one-sided responses, ignored questions, and endless excuses: she was sick, moving, or ‘out.’ She kept stringing me along, acting like they’d resolve it, wasting my time with pointless tasks, then ghosting me completely. They dragged it out past 15 days, likely to claim I missed their window, despite my immediate request. The leather quality was so poor it looked like a knockoff, yet they treat customers like fools. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a scam. If you don’t want to be tortured with false hope, never order from them—I regret falling for their lies .
We love the sofa we bought from Valencia Theatre seating. It is not too soft and so comfortable! We ordered and got it delivered within 2 weeks which is way better than most furniture store can do! We love the storage and the two integrated stools. Very practical!
I selected Valencia Tuscany Theater Seating Love Seat and Two Recliners to replace my previous set that wore out after only a few years. I was impressed with the quality and durability of the Nappa leather and the features built in to these recliners. The Tuscany collection has charging ports, adjustable lumbar support and are just as gorgeous as they are comfortable. Delivery was swifter than I thought and arrived in great condition, and were easy to assemble. I originally only bought the configurable Loveseat, but loved it so much, I decided to replace my other two recliners sooner than planned. I love these recliners, and am very pleased with the quality, construction, and comfort. I highly recommend this company!
Buying an investment furniture sofa online made me a little nervous. The specs seemed too good to be true. However, I couldn’t have been more happy on delivery day (early too!). Very comfortable lounge(y) sofa with great quality leather. Very happy with purchase and I’d recommend. Customer support was great from sales, delivery, and after purchase.
Received emails about delivery, a call as a reminder. Couch was delivered in the time frame they noted. It came undamaged and stunning. Leather is soft, cushions are nice and firm. One leg was missing plastic glide on one leg but it was quickly remedied. Then a got a pleasant call after asking how everything is.
Ordered a sofa on 8th Feb, it arrived 13th Feb. Delivery company kept me up to date at various stages.After one evening of light usage from one person the middle cushion feels softer than the others and depressed. I have emailed support as this is very disappointing.Update: as far as I'm concerned the sofa is not fit for purpose. The cushions are visibly depressed and sunken. I dread to think what they'll be like in six months time
