Nothing was damaged and everything worked. That is always a concern what buying online. The quality and comfort of the chairs is great! The only complaint is the fact that the center console is too high to be a comfortable armrest.
I received my couches 2 months later than originally quoted as I never received the emails telling me they were in and no one bothered to reach out via phone, so they reallocated them to another customer. Then my sofa arrived damaged with a hole in the box, a dent in the arm and the leather was damaged. They hired someone to fix the leather after me pushing back and now I'm being told that I'm supposed to be fine with a full priced couch with a dent in the arm that was no fault of mine because they paid for the repair of the leather and it "functions fine". The couches are lovely, aside from the damage, but my experience with customer service was disappointing.
My review, from start to finish. Positives:1. Ordering was easy with good communications.2. Prompt delivery.3. Well packaged against damage.4. Easy to assemble with straight forward wiring.5. Comfortable seat, firm and looks great.6. Nappa leather should be more durable than that used on most sofas.7. Good customer service.Negatives:1. When the sofa halves are clicked together on assembly, they are tight. You can hear the leather rubbing together when one sofa's leg rest extends. I ended up unclicking them to solve this.2. The massage function insists on coming on first when you just want the ambient lighting.3. The ambient light stays on for a max of 20 minutes.4. Like most recliners it needs to be set 10 inches away from the wall.Overall, still a good sofa.
