I recently purchased a couch off Amazon from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the product. The couch itself is built to last and made of high quality materials yet light weight and easy to position. It isn’t light enough that it slides around though. The leather isn’t stiff and hard it’s a comfortable couch.
Ordered a 4-seater Tuscany with loveseat centre. Delivered and set up in a theatre room promptly. Overall, seats have been comfortable and the leather feels high quality. I was initially hesitant to buy the regular Tuscany due to the glossy look of the leather on the product page, but in-person the color is more of a subtle matte black and looks premium.
The customer service was above and beyond. They stayed on top of communication. When I couldn't accept the furniture on a certain date, they adjusted their shipping schedule to accommodate me. Very impressed with the company and the sofa.
Ordered a couch mid/late August that was supposed to arrive by late October. Left it a few weeks as I know things can always be behind but then decided to call a couple of days ago do find out how much longer it would be. The first person I talked to started a ticket for my claim and told me someone would email me within 48 hours. The next day I got an email saying that they did not know the status of my order and that they would get back to me 'later'. Feeling unsatisfied I called back today and was talking to someone from the 'lifestyle series department' who told me that she could not access details on my order because it is a lifestyle couch (??), and that she would have someone email me. Very unhappy with the communitcation and I am starting to feel like I am being scammed. Beware.
