Customer service was excellent from day 1, all our emails were answered and dealt with promptly. The sofa arrived exactly as it was planned, we got updates and all necessary instructions throughout the process. Delivery was smooth, staff very friendly and helpful. The Valencia Pista Recliner is beautiful, very well made and looks so simple and modern. It gave our living room a whole new and fresh look. Very comfortable, recliner part working smoothly, the cable could be a bit longer (but not a major issue). Family of 4 comfortably fits for a movie night. The leather is good quality and overall it just ticks all our boxes. Worth every penny paid! I would recommend.
We purchased two Mia Accent Chairs from Valencia Theatre Seating, and a month or so in, we're still very happy with them! They look just as stunning in person as they did on the website, with a sleek and modern design that fits beautifully in my space. The cushions are thick and comfortable, making them great for lounging, and the chairs feel solidly built.I also appreciate how easy they are to clean—definitely a plus for maintaining their look over time. Another bonus was the free shipping, which made the purchase even better.The only small drawback was that I noticed some minor marks in the veneer where the wood is joined, but it’s not a dealbreaker.Overall, I’d definitely recommend these chairs to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable, and well-built accent seating!
I ordered a 4 seater couch/theater seats, and a 2 seater love seat. I spoke to them over the phone prior to ordering through Amazon. They were able to answer my questions and help with my selection. The packages arrived by carrier in a couple weeks and in good condition. One of the boxes was damaged but the additional packing around the chair protected it. It took 2 people to carry the chairs in but they were very easy to assemble and snap together. My whole family loves the upgrade during our movie nights and we have used them for about a month with no issues!
