Great customer service! We were contacted the day after we purchase the seating in regard to the delivery. We received the seating faster than expected. Very impressed with the quality of the seating, especially without seeing it in person. Very happy with every aspect of this purchase.
Bought a sofa & bed frame and BOTH items came with defects.Also, delivery kept getting delayed. Buy ONLY if you're willing to wait 4-5 month+ and OK with getting a defective product.Posted pictures in Google review showing the bottom of the sofa with multiple scratches and a top of the head of the bed frame with a defect (looks bent? or cracked). Asked to send a new product and they refused.

Thank you, Clare.We are very happy with the leather quality and construction.My only concern was with the transparency of the delivery process which i feel could have unfolded a little easier if there had been more communication with the shipping company. Having said that the white glove service was excellent.Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Ordered a bed that took 7 months to be delivered. Communication was extremely poor throughout. Despite the long wait, I received no assistance in expediting the shipping. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will not be purchasing from here again.
