We purchased the Clara- Cognac L-shaped Leather sectional from Valencia Theatre Seating. I was impressed with their customer service while placing the order, the call with an offer to purchase additional warranty, the shipping process, and a follow up to ask if we satisfied with our purchase. We are very happy with the product we’ve received. The sectional is extremely durable, has buttery soft leather, and incredible quality.

I mistakenly fell for the bait and switch on the delivery timeline when ordering. In stock and ships within 24 hrs really means, we'll ship it to a holding warehouse and whenever they get a full load going your direction, it will ship. Not acceptable when you are paying this kind of money for furniture, any LTL carrier can get anything you want anywhere in the states in 4 days. Once the payment is made, you're on your own and have no choice but to wait it out. The reps are nice enough but I'm sure they are numb to the complaints. If you decide to take the bait, don't order any accessories, when you call to complain about the delivery, they will offer them for free. Joke of a company but i fell for it, so its on me. Save yourselves the frustration and look elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a couch 2.5 months ago. Recieved no communication from the company on the fact that it will be delayed by over 3 months on top of the 2.5-month wait. When asked for an update they were not helpful ever and offered a blanket to compensate for the over 5-month delay in my product. Never going back
