I am extremely happy and excited with my purchase of Valencia Theater Seating. I bought three chairs for my home theater. They came right on time delivered at my door. My only regret was that I didn’t opt for platinum service. The chairs are sturdy and well made but heavy. It takes two people to assemble them. However it took us only thirty minutes to put them together. They are made of good quality leather made to last. Valencia seating offers several useful accessories like wine glass holders and tables which come in handy when you’re watching tv with snacks. Arm rests provide lots of storage space. You will be very happy with this purchase.
The high quality of the leather and stitching of the Tuscany Heated and Massage Chairs will provide my Mancave the many years of viewing pleasure that I have been after for years. The customer service and ease of ordering was delightful, especially since the chairs arrived before expected. Now when I am studying the Word, watching a doubleheader game or binge watching my favorite show it can be done in comfort and with ease. Great product.
First, this is very high quality furniture. Second, the customer service was above and beyond. I was notified when the stadium seating was to be ship, it arrived a day ahead of schedule, and was called by Valencia and told what to expect from the shipping company.
