We have 3 Oslo and 3 Tuscany heat and massage chairs in our theater room. Tuscany has hand held remote which we don’t find to get in the way. The massage is gentle. Hubby is 6”2 and Oslo fits him great. I find the Tuscany one a a bit smaller and mold into that chair better. But when I want to have lots of room I sit in the Oslo. Truthfully they are both awesome chairs and we love them! So do all our friends:)
I did a little more research on which theater seats I was going to purchase this time and soooo glad I chose to purchase from Valencia Theater Seating! I love companies that not only provide top notch products, but also top notch customer service around it. From the confirmation call after purchase to the follow up call after delivery. Quality was amazing - install was fast and easy. I will be purchasing from Valencia again if the need arises!
We are loving our Pista sectional. Everyone love the colour, very bold for us. Glad I chose it. Delivery service and set up were very professional and excellent. We have two dogs which we allow on the sofa with us and the leather stands up to their use.
My experience with this company was the worst as they promised white glove delivery, meaning, they will carry the furniture to the room of your choice and assemble it. Look at the photo below and see what they did! They left the box outside the house and when I asked for a discount from them for not providing what they promised, they asked me to show proof that I paid other guys to do it for me. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL 000000000000 CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I HAVE AN OPTION OF GIVING YOU NO STAR, THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING FROM ME!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIONS ONLINE!!!
I’m really happy with the Valencia Tuscany Executive Home Theater Seating. The massage feature is surprisingly good, and the adjustable headrest and lumbar support make it comfortable for long movie sessions.The design is impressive—nice stitching and soft leather that feels premium. I also appreciate that the leather seemingly holds up so far against my cats claws.The heated seats are a nice touch, and the LED lighting adds a cool vibe to the room. Having USB ports within reach is also super convenient.Overall, it's a great addition to my setup. Definitely worth considering if you're looking to upgrade your home theater.
