If I could give minus stars I would. In being constructive I am going to agree with all the other reviews that this so called boutique is a scam and is fraudulent. What they advertise is nothing like what you receive. I ordered jeans which arrived as extremely low quality polyester leggings pretending to be jeans. When I requested a refund I was offered all sorts of silly refunds based on percentages. When I told them I wanted a full refund I was told to send them back to an address in China and that I may need to pay exorbitant tax fee's. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
If I could I would give ZERO stars, the worst items of clothing I have ever received - after having the audacity to send me an item in a colour I didn’t order to then tell me I would need to return it to get a refund and cover the return postage which amounted to $50 is totally unacceptable.Avoid this horrible scam like the plague.
Bought 2 pairs of shorts that looked great on the site. Product was attrocious and came from China. 3 months later, having had to send the shit products back to China they still don't acknowledge receipt and no refund. Paypal couldn't care less, have not refunded money. This is a classic Chinese scam. DON'T BUY FRO THEM.
Basically a scam. STAY AWAY!I have experienced first-hand all the negatives from the other reviews:- slow delivery- extremely low quality product, different from the website's photos and description- inaccurate sizing (bought an "M" which was more like an XS)- f***ed up refund process (have to post to CHINA for a PARTIAL refund)Should've looked them up before buying.
Material is shockingly thin and see through for what you are paying. Sizing is wrong and I assumed the shop was in Melbourne but everything by gets shipped to you from china. When asking for a refund they offer to send me the correct size and I can keep the items for 10USD otherwise if I want a refund I need to pay for costs to return the item which is more than the items purchased and they offer to refund 15% of my total cost. Will never purchase items from here again. Absolutely a rip off poor quality and bad customer service. If I could give minus 10 star rating I would.
As many others have said most of the items I ordered were low quality and not at all similar to the photos or descriptions.The Facebook adverts and website are entirely and intentionally misleading to appear Australian when Chinese. In trying to receive partial refund for the worst items, their sickly sweet yet lagging for time customer service achieved nothing as Auspost tracking can’t confirm delivery past arrival to customs. I hope the ACCC can do something to address this type of consumer exploitation.
The images of the products they show dont match what you get. The jacket I tried was so thin it might be classified as a long sleeve shirt. It was horrible and I sent it back to China for a full refund at my cost. It's cheap and nasty, steer clear.
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered jeans and a sweater. What arrived was a package of polyester with scans of jeans and a sweater. The sizing was so far off. So then I go to return to be told I can keep the items for 10%. Yuck. No thanks. Okay full refund but return to China. Hmm. Refund policy states an address of Amsterdam. Business name says Melbourne. Stay away from this company. The items are not what they look like.
