Frustrating experience with long wait times and no refund

On 26/06/25, I ordered an Elegant Cropped Winter Jacket for $116.95. It took an excessively long time to arrive, which I expected to come from a nearby location. When I needed to return it, I exchanged numerous emails with an overseas customer service team. I was shocked to receive a return address in another country, especially since the company claims to be local, and I had to pay for return shipping myself. Now, seven months later, my original package has been sent back to me without explanation. I've followed all procedures and completed the necessary declarations, but I'm now stuck with an unwanted item and out about $150. I strongly recommend against purchasing from them. I certainly won't again.

Would rate it zero stars if possible

I would rate it zero stars if I could. I purchased a top, but the quality was very poor and it didn't match the advertisement. It's going straight in the bin—absolute rubbish. They are not located locally, but in another country, which is very misleading. Don't even think about trying to get a refund based on previous reviews.

Lack of trust in the seller

There are two different products listed with varying prices but identical pictures on the website. I was confused and reached out for clarification. They responded with links that didn’t work, and when they provided one link, it led to a product titled incorrectly. I emailed again for clarity but received the same confusing information. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this seller; it feels dubious, especially given the negative reviews.

Avoid this seller at all costs

I advise against purchasing from them. I bought a shirt, but the sizing was way off, so I requested a refund. It turns out I had to return it to another country. I spent $26 on shipping back (after paying $75 for the shirt), and now, eight months later, the shirt is supposedly stuck in customs. Despite numerous emails, the responses have been unhelpful. I've essentially lost $100.
