This elephant blanket is simply stunning! The design is unique and so lively, it brings a whole new vibe to my bedroom. The customer service was exceptional too, very supportive when I had questions. Highly recommend this as a gift - it's perfect for animal lovers!
I never received the order I placed and customer service will not refund my money. You can only contact through email and they keep making excuses why package has not arrived. I was charged: Shipping protection $3.99 Compositable packaging $2.99 and Tip $5.85 I did not give permission for them to add that on. Now I have no package after 6 weeks waiting. Awful, do not be fooled by this Company. Scam.
I purchased a product from Vantique expecting high-quality craftsmanship, as advertised. The company claims their products are handmade and come with a guarantee, but what I received was far from that. The design is poorly executed, the materials feel cheap, and the overall quality is simply unacceptable.I requested a return Authorization for the quilted i ordered Vantique customer service team was wonderful help and got the return sorted out
Terrible product and absolutely poor customer service. This is not a quilt but rather a printer low quality fabric with "fish line" stitching. The colors are poor, and where the printing is done on the fabric, the colors bleed into the surrounding fields. The AD makes it appear that the field images are 3 dimensional. they are not. This is definitely deceptive ad, and the cost is high for what you get. You can do much better with $25 at Walmart. please do not be fooled with this company.
Product received was disappointing. The colors are not as pictured on the Vantique site. The fabric is just a dull printed polyester, not a pieced quilt with rich colors and texture. The quilting is just a swirling stitch, not done as pictured which made the product look almost 3d. It is not eligible for return per their customer service because it's within a 20% color difference and not defective even though it's definitely a big difference in colors and quilting from what we thought we had ordered. Will definitely not use this company again.
If I could leave a zero I would. Do not order their " quilts " from Vantique. They are NOT QUILTED and you do not receive what you see. It's all a bait and switch. When you receive the piece of junk they send you...Vantique will not give you a refund based on their bullshit return policy.
This company is stealing people's money there quilts are thin they look NOTHING like there fake photes 3'D photos so mad that I didn't read reviews before I purchased I've complained to this company they don't care another one screwed we work hard for our money as you all do this company has no right to screw people all the reviews I read I know how angry you all are your not alone ughhh!!!!
