I ordered a table runner which, in the online photo, was nicely quilted around the details (hearts, border squares), was biased trimmed in a color consistent with a pattern,and included various colors and shades, in red pink and beige. What I received was a pre-printed piece of fabric with minimal differentiation in colors, with grey bias tape trim that did not even match any color in the print itself. The quilting on the product received appears to be a standard machine quilting pattern across the entire piece of fabric and has absolutely no detail around the hearts or the various border squares as depicted, nor are there any hearts anywhere in the border pattern. I did contact the company with pictures and the response was that my concerns were within their 20% variation disclaimer. In my mind, this is false advertising and they’re disclaimer is used to justify a mediocre product very inconsistent with what they report to provide.
This company should b investigated NY the AHMG Iofvthe stTe it is located .It is fraudulent in presenting materials, claiming they do quilting.I question is the pictures of their ship are fake.They do not do quilting.They should b investigated and shut down! Got a comforter, polyester, not individually pieces sewn together as a quilt should b.It is a print with stitching over it! Total fraud!
Ad misrepresents product. Took forever to finally recieve was about a month. Tracking info was nearly non existant and useless was never up to date as to package location. Item recieved is very low quality and appears as a moving blanket. Print is blurry, stitching is not as shown in advertisement I purchased an item from Vantique as a gift. Now I've let down the person who was to recieve the item on their special day. Never again will I ever purchase from vantique. I feel like I've been scammed after reading all other negative feedback in reviews.
The product I ordered and received in no way matches the pictures or description of their product. The product is very poor quality. Customer service responded immediately to my message but provided no solution or return option. I am still waiting to hear back.
This company is a scam! They have photos of beautiful, well-made products on their website--vibrant colors and detailed craft--but the actual product is junk. It looks like a photo enlarged so many times the pixels show has been printed on gray fabric. The colors are washed out and the pattern is shamefully crafted. In addition, I paid extra to have it sent in compostable packaging, which it was not sent in.
So disappointed in this purchase. The picture depicts an actual quilt pieces together in traditional quilted fashion. It’s beautiful. Be sure you read the fine print. “ All products are made to order and printed to the best standards available. Made with so much love!”. This comes as a very pixelated print and is ugly. They will NOT allow me to return it based on the above mentioned phrase. If you are looking for a beautiful, quality quilt keep scrolling.
