I would give it less than 1 star if I could. What is shown on the website is absolutely NOT what you get and because it isn't damaged, they won't refund. You get what you pay for. I ordered 2 table runners on 2/5/25 & received them 2/27/25. I ordered the "Butterfly Elegance Quilted Table Runner NCU0VH2103 & Ethereal Tree of Colors Quilted Table Runner NCU0DV2210. The photos on the website show beautifully quilted designs. What I got was machine quilted & was not at all the same as the photos. I emailed Vantique as I was not happy & that is what they advised you do. The response: "I’ve carefully reviewed the photos of the item you received, and I’m sorry to hear that the quality did not meet your expectations. After reviewing the details with our manufacturer, I can confirm that the product you received is correct and does not have any issues.Regarding the stitching, quilting threads, and edges, please note: As each of our products is made to order, there may be approximately a 20% variation in color, pattern, binding, and stitches compared to the sample photos. This has been stated in our product description. However, we ensure the main design is kept as shown. While we strive for consistency, the handmade nature of our quilts means some variation is inevitable.As stated in our return policy, we only offer refunds for defective, broken, or wrong items received. I surprised my wife with a beautiful bedding set for out anniversary and she was so emotional. The product quality is amazing and it truly made the day memorable. It was the perfect way to show my love and I'm so happy with the gift.
Zero starsQuilt is nothing like pictured. Stitching is random and does not follow the design. I ordered the hearts scrapwork quilt. It was one piece of fabric with a poorly copied image put on it. No kidding, it appears to be very similar to a packing/moving quilt that they’ve tried to dress up. No refund if the quilt doesn’t meet your expectation. Very misrepresented in pics. Total scam. Save yourself some money and go buy a quilt at Walmart. You’ll be much happier with it
I bought my daughter the tree of life comforter set for well over $200.00. These quilts are advertised on Facebook— BEWARE. Lesson learned here, although we actually received the product, I wouldn’t call it a quilt. It was very thin and seemed to be a print with swirl stitching all over a king sized throw. The stitching didn’t even outline any of the structures of the tree. I thought it was going to be a quilted tree, which was what was presented in the sales catalog. Shame, shame, shame on this company. These reviews should be posted on Facebook!
My order got shipped to the wrong address and they made it right and shipped me another quilt to make sure I received it! It took a few emails and questions with my post office but I’m loving my new quilt! They answered all my emails and questions as to what happened and made it right. There’s another one I want and now I may just order it too!! Thank you Vantique for your timely responses and rectifying the situation. Very much appreciated!!!!
