These are NOT comforters. The 3D look in the photos gives the appearance that they are. They are stitched blankets that are about the thickness of a moving blanket, around 3/4 of an inch. However, they are much lighter, which is a good thing, so sayeth my wife.I was initially annoyed by the website information stating the non-returnable policy and the possible 20% difference in brightness compared to the picture. We were happy to find that the colors are beautiful. We hope washings do not fade the color, as they are printed with dye, not individual thread. OMGosh can you imagine how expensive that would be? In other words, No embroidery. These are made with an evenly stitched pattern like puzzle pieces. Not individual pieces, as with an actual quilt. All this said, my wife loves it. They seem a little pricey from this old boomer's perspective, but what isn't pricey these days? My wife loves it, and that is what I was looking for. I think Vantique could do a better job of describing these, as I have done here.Moral of this story...Know what you are buying, read the fine print. These are not returnable.
I ordered a beautiful Santa comforter and shams last year. I didn’t know it was coming from over sea or I wouldn’t have ordered it. It arrived too late for Christmas. What I received was nothing like what I ordered. The colors were different, the Santa and trees were totally out of scale. It looked like someone colored a moving mat. I was so disappointed. I asked if they would take it back and they refused. For the money I paid I should have received something good.
ZERO STARS. Ordered the largest circle feather quilt. About a $200 purchase. The picture shows incredible individual pieces sewn together, as a quilt should be. The package came as a digital print on one piece of very thin fabric. The pixels are so stretched its difficult to tell what the pictures are supposed to be. Their idea of a quilt is simply doing a pattern of white stitching all over the digital print. There is nothing about this I expected. I contacted the business for a refund and was told they only refund for damaged products due to shipping. So im stuck with an ugly “sheet” that just looks cheap. Very very disappointing.
Since I can’t give half a star, I picked one. I was very disappointed in the product I received. I ordered the gnome quilt, and received a 5x7 package 21 days later from a place in NY called Uniuni. No mention of VANTIQUE on package. It was two pieces of this cloth sewn together with visible stitching. The screen print looked nothing like the ad… very dark in the middle and blurry. When I sent pictures to VANTIQUE requesting a refund, they said I didn’t qualify because I didn’t meet their return policy! I will never order from this company again and I wanted to warn others.
Complete scam!!!Total misrepresentation!!!Dean Melton responds with send them an email but there’s NO response to your email. There’s no such thing as a refund. Working to get my credit card to return my funds. Vantage is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. $600 gone!!!!!
Item was not at all what was advertised and completely overpriced for this garbage quality. I don't mind paying for quality, BUTthe quality was not there. This item should be no more than 20 bucks. Instead, I was charged 4x as much! Outrageous! Do not buy from Vantique. You will be very disappointed.
I ordered 2 rugs with Halloween designs. I received a notice of delivery but had not received the rugs. I sent an email and the next morning I had a response that they were reshipping & received them within 10 days at no charge. They are exactly what I expected. Their customer support is awesome.
