I got a email saying that my parcel was shipped and after that nothing, their customer service is ass so don’t even bother to try using that, before this everything has worked perfectly but now they just took my money and after that nothing absolute disgrace of a website. And for the record the order was made 25.6 and today is 28.6, they give you no tracking code nothing, they dont even tell you which postal company they use, so you cant ask from the postal company.Just unbelivable how low this company have fallen.
Bought some products and wired the money immediately with the reference number. After a week I was told by Elisa from customer service, after I contacted them as my order was cancelled, that they are not fortune tellers and can’t see where a payment is from without the reference number. Not being fortune tellers is fine, not being able to read or communicate is something else, as the info was added. 1 out of 10, wouldn’t recommend
