Horrible customer service

Ordered a few vapes from them that arrived less than a week ago. Shipping was fast but their customer support is diabolical. One of my devices came faulty with no liquid in them and a faulty battery. They refuse to give me a replacement or refund even though i’ve sent countless videos and pictures detailing the issue, their reasoning is they can’t help me because i used up a 30.000 puff vape in 2 days which is impossible.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, didn't receive anything so far, only got 1 response to around 5 messages, saying my product would arrive soon and I had a track and trace code on my account and in my e-mail.I can't even make an account on the site.. and I never received a track and trace.Can't seem to talk to anyone for a refund OR my products. Such a shame.

Good prices, large selection, but in case of a problem there is no real help. In total, I made 4 orders in this store Order 1 - everything ok, delivery after 5 days. order 2 and 3 - 5 days after ordering, the shipment was marked as return. even though it was a delivery to a pickup point, at first it was proven to me that I was the one who did not pick up the parcel, but eventually it was found that it was the courier who was there outside opening hours. I received a refund in the form of coupons, but I had to pay for the next shipment at my own expense. order 4 - parcel delivered 10-10, delivery 16-10. 17-10 I contact CS on the website because the e-cigarette does not work as it should - this is my third product of this type, but it is the first time I have encountered such a problem, so I want to send the product back for warranty. Customer service informs me that it is definitely my fault and if I send the product back, they will return it to me if it works. Yes, it turns on and you can vape, but each time you remove the pod, it ends up being damaged. after asking to send shipping stickers, CS keeps informing me that I have to do it at my own expense and if the specialist determines that it is a product defect, they will issue a refund - the specialist is supposed to be someone from the company's office in Riga, which at the beginning confirmed that the equipment was working properly. The next chat messages from CS were in the form of an order in capital letters with an exclamation point - which seems unprofessional. I refused to contribute to the costs and asked for a refund in accordance with consumer law to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, this message was ignored and my chat was closed. additionally, in order number 4, some of my liquids arrived after the expiry date (which was not mentioned on the website in the case of the 10 ml liquid) to sum up, the prices and selection of products in this store are exemplary, but in case of any problems customer care 0/5. this company will determine without investigating the matter that it is not their fault and you have to pay it.

I placed my order on 12.10 and now is 27.10 so its been 15 days and no answer.. worst delivery shipment, order number #4602, at least send my money back

My experience so far with this shop, my Order #4577 was payed for, and I received confirmation of it. This was done Thursday and by Friday my package should have been sended, it wasnt but thats not the main issueMy biggest problem is that there isnt a phone number to call and their email literally doesnt work, this is the message i get when i try to send an email:Your message wasn't delivered to info//vapesale24.//m(the slash is there cause you cand put emails adresses on reviews) because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.This alone is absurd, + the fact there is a stept guide just for making a purchase is kinda funny ngl, i payed extra for the fastest delivery (about 80€) and not only it wasn't sended but i can't even send an email to see if everything is going smoothly. I hope they can fix the email thing, or add a phone number or chat bot, anything to make conversation between the partys possibile.17/10/24 i just received shipping tracking and information, will update after i get my package :)30/10/24 all 3 came, got the one i chosen, prices are really good but comunication is a no go

Great store!

Bought a Vaporesso Luxe XR and the device is working flawless.I ordered it in the evening and the item got shipped the next day.Shipping was a few days, and considering the distance between the seller and I, it was a quick delivery. But after sending the package, its on the postal offices anyway.Costumer service was great when i asked my questions, it took under 5 minutes for them to answer what i needed. 5/5, I am definitely going to buy from here again.
