J'ai acheté un moteur Tongsheng TSDZ8 (Order #VS2918) en avril 2025 directement sur le site de Varstrom. J'ai tout de suite eu 2 erreurs affichées sur le compteur de vitesse (erreurs 18 et 30). Le service technique m'a demandé de débranché / rebranché les câbles. Malgré plusieurs essais, les erreurs sont toujours là. Ils m'ont répondu qu'il fallait faire avec les erreurs !! C'est INACCEPTABLE !! Le compteur de vitesse affiche des vitesses erronées et ne me permet pas d'utiliser le moteur...Malgré mes relances, je suis sans nouvelle de la part du service après vente depuis plus d'un mois. Il m'est impossible d'utiliser le moteur que j'ai acheté.Je DECONSEILLE vivement d'acheter sur Varstrom car le service après vente est INEXISTANT. Aucune garantie ou produit de remplacement ne m'a été proposé par le service après vente !!I purchased a Tongsheng TSDZ8 motor (Order #VS2918) in April 2025 directly from the Varstrom website.I immediately received two errors on the display (errors 18 and 30). Technical support asked me to disconnect and reconnect the cables. Despite several attempts, the errors are still there.They told me that I had to deal with the errors!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! The displays incorrect speeds and won't let me use the motor...Despite my reminders, I haven't heard from customer service for over a month. I can't use the motor I purchased.I strongly advise against purchasing from Varstrom because customer service is NON-EXISTENT.Customer service has not offered me any warranty or replacement product!!
Delivery was super quick to the UK, within 2 days from UK stock! Shame they sent the wrong wheel though… (500w rear hub instead of front hub). However after some initial issues trying to contact them (their WhatsApp number on the main page was saying invalid due to a single digit typo, so tried email but was getting no response for 4 days over the weekend). The good news is that once I found the correct WhatsApp number in the Contact Us page, response time was super quick and they sent out the correct wheel without delay for next day delivery, and they covered the return postage for the wrong wheel.
Received TSDZ8 2 e-bike kits from Varstrom. One kit came with a complete order. The other one had a wrong display model. The working kit works very well. Very quiet, great torque. I reached out to company on WHATSAPP and they arranged to send me a replacement display and I will send the wrong one back to them. I would give a 5 out of 5 if my order was fully correct. I’m hoping to get the display soon and I’ll update the review.
Zero customer support from the manufacturer or their supplier when you have issues. Simply ignore messages. So if you have an issue good luck you are on your own. The displays and controllers have very limited configuration if you want to change any settings. In example you cannot change the speedometer settings when it does not read the amount of motor magnets correctly.
Terrible, items marked as available and shipped within 8 days, all of a sudden go out of stock, replacement solutions are then also out of stock and you find yourself much later than 8 days none the wiser if you will get your item or even a refund when cancelling (asked but not received)
Very poor service. I ordered two sets with two additional displays. When the shipment arrived, one display was missing and I immediately wrote to the company. A month later, I still haven't received the display. When they take the money, everything is fine, when there is a problem created by them, you can't find it, they don't respond or respond but don't do anything
