We have a water damage loss on 4/2/2023 - Vault hired a terrible demo company, so we ended up with a huge mold problem. it is now 12/19/2023. The 2nd demo company has NOT been paid, and the restoration company has NOT been paid. The restoration work is stopped because they aren't getting paid. Estimate was submitted in early August - it's now mid-December and Vault has NOT even reviewed their estimate, or called them to review it. I get promises for updates each week that are pushed to the following week. complete run around

Claim was ultimately denied then sent falsified paperwork to new insurance company which created undue hardship and costs in finding new coverage.
