Very poor customer service ! I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Vault for their insurance . I dealt with Theresa Guy and she was inadequate . She was extremely difficult to reach . Most of the time her voicemail was full . The CEO reached out and was very unprofessional !!!
Had significant damage from Hurricane Ian. Took 19 months before claim was completed - but every step of the process was painful. Initially, the company sent a third part that said no significant damage and therefore no further action. Ultimately, it was found that there was extensive damage that was covered under the policy. Every decision took significant time and effort to reach agreement. Even when the company hired their own engineers and specialists, when it came time to pay, there was disagreement on the findings which resulted in debate and negotiations. Calls and emails went weeks without being returned. Very bad experience and often bordered on bad faith practices.
