Shocking customer service. Sent payment via PayPal for goods which company informed us they could not supply as not suitable for what we needed. Absolutely no problem a good start. They said they would refund monies, this was beginning of December (3rd). After no refund received we contacted them via phone on 19th December,again they stated it would be refunded immediately, but again nothing received so decided due to Xmas, and New Year we would give it until after Xmas to chase up again. Telephoned again on 14th January. Spoke to same staff member who promised again it would be refunded. Again nothing received. Phoned again on 8th Feb. Spoke to same staff member yet again although we had asked to speak with a manager. Yet again another promise to refund! Nothing received by 20th Feb so sent an email to person whose address was on PayPal acknowledgement giving them the chance to refund before asking PayPal to obtain a return payment ( which would charge the company fees) but again to date no response to email or refund. Would I use this company again NO. Would I recommend them to anyone NEVER, which is very sad. Its very easy to get an excellent review when all goes to plan but the proof of an excellent professional company is how they deal with a problem and sadly this lot let themselves down badly and even worse don't care.
DO NOT BUY AN ENGINE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE RIPPED ME OFF OVER £1000, LIED AND SAID ITS DONE 56,000 MILES BUT ITS DEF DONE DOUBLE THAT AND ITS BEEN IN GARAGE 4 TIMES SINCE FITTING. COSTING ME MORE. NOW HAD TO BUY A NEW CAR... CON MEN! 😡
