I purchased a gearbox for my astra on 12 December and from then I received just promises. I require refund for 2 weeks and they givme again promises, but nothing happened. I still waiting for my money to come back. Very rude people and no providing any information about situation. I will no recommended to buy from them.

excellent parts & delivery

Bought a L/H door for my Renault trafic , cost new was going to be over £800 , got an excellent door from VAUX-SPARES for £225 delivered to my door , well packaged on a pallet. Can't be more delighted , would use them again no problem

Unfortunately bad news For this company…

Unfortunately bad news For this company won’t use again poor Customer service !!!Don’t be fooled by there kind friendliness on the phone as they soon become rude when issues take a turn for the worst. Can’t inform me off who the shipping company are and part is not up too standard that was described And they are full off excuses. Ordered a 118d bmw engine paid £1,600 which then once it turned up 2 weeks later than the date they said it would 🙄 it was a auto engine and was not a manual engine that I got promised So this came with more cost too convert it and once Done the engine had faulty injectors which made it run crap . So more expense. Thankfully once all other issues was solved by my local garage it’s up and running now but a very stressful And Would not want anyone else making the same mistake useing this company and falling for there poor service. Once they have your money they have no interest in contacting you too inform you about any delays or interested in any issues with faulty parts so please I’m not one too moan but I don’t want someone else going through the same bad experience.
