Excellent Phone customer service skills

A bit of a lengthy hold time before call being answered,But getting passed that, it was all good, spoke with Zac on the phone who could not have been more pleasant and helpful, i had received an email saying that the ABN was not matching my company details, that number was never ever mine, and confirmed by my company accountants, correct ABN now been lodged, and online access now set up, all good.
