Excellent Customer Support Experience

Support was awesome, with very little wait. Tom has been incredibly helpful in identifying and resolving the issues made with my account. He was patient while I explained the problem and clearly knew his stuff, quickly figuring out what needed to be done.My issue was resolved efficiently and professionally throughout the call. It is always great to see such effective and pleasant customer service. Massive props to the support team!
