I have had a home alarm from verisure (formerly securitas) for 15+ years. I recently upgraded to their new system. It works so that part is ok - but the control panel by the door is quite likely the worst user interaction experience i have ever seen. It has touch buttons that sometimes works. It randomly beeps between you pressing the buttons. It is unclear how you start over when one of the buttons do not register your press. And after a while the alarm goes off - super loud and you do not know how to turn it off since the panel only registers around 50% of your keypresses. Buy another brand!
The sales pitch/set up guide was done in a way that was different to when the installation member came and stated a specific camera placement. This has changed the aspect of the alarm system as a whole. In short we expected the camera to be focused on the apartment entrance just as the sales man suggested not mentioning that it needs to be monitoring the central hub portal. With that said, I am not 100% satisfied knowing my camera does not provide a decent footage if needed, and the solution was to buy another camera which I am not a fan of. Besides that the monthly cost is quiet high, was expecting something 100.00KR cheaper since there is a binding period of 2 years.
