Verisure has the worst salespeople. Stop calling people who have signed up for the nix register and above all stop the annual terrorisation of the village with your door-knocking salespeople. Last time it was only on the third visit that the salesperson realised that we were not interested. Then I myself showed up at the property boundary to stop the person from reaching the house.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for over three years and half, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I called to cancel my subscription after receiving a more competitive offer from another company. The representative said they would call me back with either a better offer or to proceed with the cancellation.It’s been over a week, and I’ve received no follow-up at all. I’ve been calling them daily, only to be told the same thing repeatedly—someone will call me back. Nothing happens. It’s clear that they’re deliberately delaying or ignoring the cancellation process, which feels like a tactic to hold onto customers unfairly.
Picture the scene, I receive a knock at my door, and there's a man in a red Verisure top. He informs me that there was a break-in at one of our buildings, and that they are a security company looking to provide their service. I ask if they were sent by my building, like by the board/council, and the person said yes. Being a sceptical type, I tell the guy to come back later, and I reach out to my board chair. He informs me that not only were they NOT sent by the board, there was NO break-in in our buildings. This is an absolutely disgusting business practice, and I cannot recommend any service from a company willing to lie to potential customers.
