Make sure you never want to cancel your subscription as they make it very difficult to do so. No option to cancel on the website or app, you have to call. The call center for cancellations has reduced opening hours compared to the normal customer support and must only be manned by one or two people judging by the wait times. I was on hold for over 20 minutes, then the person who answered redirected me (even though I chose the option to cancel in the menu). Then a further 10 minutes on hold at which point the next person hung up! Now having to start over again.UPDATE - After a further 30 minutes on hold(!!) I did finally get though to someone who was helpful and apologetic so 1 extra star for that.
