Verisure convinced me the new system is much better and it’s a video instead of pictures and it sounded great. They come and install everything, I ask them if I have to do anything because I have animals they say no the system is ‘smart’ enough to detect if it’s animal or human - it is not! My alarm kept going off they call and said they have to change the position on one of the alarms and I said yes fine come we booked a time, they changed it to a place I’m not happy about at all but it’s where it could be. Now the other one start going off and it’s the same issue. One calls me and says yeah we will do it for free cause it was our fault and then 30 min later another one calls and be like yeah you might have to pay. - im already paying so much every month and now they want me to pay for something their technician didn’t think of when he actually installed it! Very bad service!
I cannot begin to stress how much of a nuisance this company is. After telling them FIVE times not to ring me they still rang. The latest situation to make me really angry was when my son was home alone and a salesperson from Verisure coerced my number from him and the salesman then called me to offer me a deal AFTER telling them to leave me alone. They absolutely cannot be trusted.
If you’re considering using this company, think again. This is the biggest consumer scam I’ve ever encountered, and it’s astonishing that EU leaders allow it to continue. First, they send a high-pressure salesperson who almost forces you to buy their product. After you pay for the hardware, they tell you you must subscribe, reassuring you to "just pay for 6 months," after which you can keep all the gadgets. It's all lies. When you call after six months, they aggressively deny ever making that promise, claiming the salesperson no longer works there. They then disconnect your hardware, leaving you with £300 worth of useless gadgets!
