WARNING - Read before you sign up with Verisure: They will NOT let you cancel the services and will continue to charge you without helping you close the account even after you no longer live in an apartment and have no service. I sold my apartment in September 2022 and canceled the service. Now it is February 2024 and I continue to receive NEW charges through collection agencies. I have contacted and spoken with so many customer service people over one year. They all sound professional and friendly on the surface BUT they never resolve anything!! Yesterday, I was told that I needed to reset my password for the account that I no longer have a service for to even ask why they are still charging me and they sent me an email to reset the password. Then they sent me a broken link!!! This must be their policy - Not allow customers to cancel the service ever. I have exhausted every avenue to get a support to stop them from billing me for the service I have already canceled over a year ago and now I am forced to report them to the Swedish Consumer Agency.Be warned, once you sign up, you will not ever be able to cancel their service!VARNING - Läs innan du registrerar dig hos Verisure: De kommer INTE att låta dig avbryta tjänsterna och kommer att fortsätta att debitera dig utan att hjälpa dig stänga kontot även efter att du inte längre bor i en lägenhet och inte har någon tjänst.Jag sålde min lägenhet i september 2022 och sa upp tjänsten. Nu är det februari 2024 och jag fortsätter att få NYA avgifter via inkassobyråer. Jag har kontaktat och pratat med så många kundtjänstpersonal under ett år. De låter alla professionella och vänliga på ytan MEN de löser aldrig någonting!! Igår fick jag veta att jag behövde återställa mitt lösenord för kontot som jag inte längre har en tjänst för för att ens fråga varför de fortfarande debiterar mig och de skickade mig ett e-postmeddelande för att återställa lösenordet. Sen skickade de en trasig länk till mig!!! Detta måste vara deras policy - Tillåt inte kunder att säga upp tjänsten någonsin.Jag har uttömt alla vägar för att få ett stöd för att hindra dem från att fakturera mig för tjänsten som jag redan har sagt upp för över ett år sedan och nu tvingas jag anmäla dem till Konsumentverket.Varnas, när du väl har registrerat dig kommer du aldrig att kunna avbryta deras tjänst!
After being a loyal customer for 6-7 years, always paying on time, upgrading my system, buying new extra components and having my family buying an alarm system as well today I can tell that I am deeply deeply disappointed. I am just back from vacation and on my birthday I've received an inkasso letter!Kind of "Thank you, we got you! now you pay" letter.It seems that my regular autogiro payment didn't go through because the balance wasn't enough in my bank account for few days. Then, instead of sending an SMS to my phone or an email or a simple Verisure-app notification, they decide to immediately forward the case to inkasso because I am now a bad payer-customer, black-listed. We are supposed to be living in a technologically advanced society and where we care about the environment, this doesn't make any sense!They've sent a mail letter which is useless if somebody is on vacation. Of course I had no clue because it's summer and what people do during summer, they go on vacation! And one of the reasons I chose Verisure was to have less stress, not to add to it.I don't have any binding period so I am strongly considering to cancel my contract. It's frustrating to be a customer to a company that in the first opportunity are throwing their loyal customers to inkasso. This is so disrespectful.
