The person who handled our applications was very efficient and easy to work with. His name is Lobsang. We so appreciate his efforts in submitting our paperwork and passports in the correct order to obtain our visas.
This was the worst experience of my life , 20 november testerday was my appointment at 7:30 number 1005 desk before the last one right side.The girl was so unprofessional yelling at me and saying ouffff oufffff non stop and trying to scam me and make pay more , i did pay but her way of speaking was so rude and hystrical, i adked for another officer to take me instead of her thry refused . I was about to cry , i wish i knew her name because i want a file a case against her for the emotional harm she caused to me , such a racist and unprofessional i dont know how they still work which such people She is a white girl long hair and small eyes in the desk before the last , please if someone know her let me know her name. I need to file a case against her. I asked my lawyer
I booked a Visa at Your Doorstep appointment. After asking for and receiving email confirmation that everything is booked, no one contacted me or showed up for the appointment. After phoning and emailing every day to get it settled, I just went to the Visa centre where thankfully someone assisted me. Once again I paid for additional services (VIP) to get the application submitted. Now I have to hope and pray I get the visa in time and that I get the VAYD amount refunded. Very stressful and bad experience
