Parasitic. Try to get more money from people unnecessarily every step of the way. There is a huge problem with their document upload service- that won’t allow you to upload your own documents, then they charge you Euro 63 to put the documents into an automatic scanner on site. They used to have self scanning facilities on site which they’ve removed. It’s a disgusting business practice.
I liked the service overall; however, I was asked to pay for biometrics even though I completed them six months ago, which is not required under the current rules. This appeared to be an attempt to push unnecessary services in order to collect extra fees.
