VFS Italy MG road was very warm and helpful in their approach towards document processing and management. Initially my checklist was quite incomplete and the staff politely gave me a grace period of two days to have the same completed and delivered. It’s not very intuitively designed and the content is not easy to search up.
Our experience was great. The staff assisted us in getting our fingerprints apostilled by telling us where to go and threat was pretty simple provided you had all the necessary paperwork, which we did. The office was somewhat crowded, however, the assigned staff expeditiously handled everyone’s case.
