I am travelling to Germany and i had my visa application at mumbai. The premium longue service made it very helpful for me to get through the process. Each and every person were very helpful specially Ms Daisy Dsouza
Just on time. Waiting time was reasonable. The customer service team was polite. Not losing much time waiting in the queue. Overall, this experience was noticeably better than my previous visits.
It was good experience and the process was quick it took less than an hour for the whole process.
The process was well organised and the officers were very polite and kind to answer all our questions.

Scammers. Used their service in dubai to verify my uk certificate. After 3 weeks they keep sending me emails stating that I didn't sign the LoA letter. I did sign the letter on the day I submitted the application. Tried to contact them but they don't response and take you in circles. They send a form via email but when downloaded the form its impossible to open it. Try every program available. So I was scammed for more than 630 aed. Keep away from them

My in-person experience at the center was professional and well organized. The staff were polite and the process was handled properly during my visit.
However, the phone support was not helpful. The answers provided were often unclear and did not properly address my questions. For someone without prior experience, this could be very confusing.
I personally had an issue that could not be resolved through phone communication, which added unnecessary stress before my appointment. Improving phone support and providing clearer guidance would significantly enhance the overall experience.
I am very satisfied with the VIP service at the France Visa Application Centre located in Astoria Istanbul. The entire organization and the document submission process were managed with professionalism. The staff's helpfulness and kind approach made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit.
The comfort of the seating arrangement and the excellent refreshments provided made the process very pleasant. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. I would like to thank the entire team for this high-quality service.
