Once again we’ve had a good experience with Victory Blinds. Sahel was so friendly and efficient when she came out to quote. Mick and Brandon installed the shutters today and did a great job. They are obviously very experienced and had them installed in no time, then took the old blind away. They too were friendly and efficient and we’re very happy with the end result.
Have had Victory Blinds so far this year instal new vertical blinds in living area and another roller type blind in kitchen…they are just perfect thanks to the technician Joshua who did a fantastic job, absolutely professional in every way…could not fault. I have now ordered (again with Joshua) timber Venetian blinds for both bedrooms.
I had a fantastic customer experience! Maeve was professional and friendly. During our discussion, we were able to narrow down a curtain solution that suited our home and needs. Maeve took the time to listen, discuss through options and give her professional opinion. It made all my selections easy!
To add to the insult of late delays i was promised a $60 bonus / refund BUT THAT NEVER arrived, PROMISES kept on coming. The job was finally completed BUT........ OMG 6 months to date 01/11/23 still waiting for verticals to be fitted, paid on time, they keep getting the order wrong, re measure, wrong, so many days off work to be there for a re fit and still the order is not made right, Still waiting would NOT purchase through this Company ever ever again,.NEVER
Outstanding service from Adrian as our sales person, and then our installer. They were promot, professional, responsive and helpful on all fronts. Quality of the product and installation was top notch. We were a returning customer and will be back again. Can’t recommend more highly.
The business is tone deaf. I emailed them requesting a ballpark estimate for shutters including dimensions purely as a guide, because I didn't want to waste their time or mine if what I had in mind was cost prohibitive. They insisted on coming out to measure and quote. I replied, please listen to what your potential customer is saying, and BTW we have another 15 windows in our new house that will need furnishings. Again they said, no we won't give an estimate. They've lost my business that's for sure. In this day and age as business owners we must listen to the needs of our customers. The whole experience reminded me of that episode of Seinfeld with the Soup Nazi. Finally, another bug bear, signing off their email as "Victory" and not their real name - faceless. I suspect I have had a lucky escape as if they're this hard to deal with before they take my money I can't begin to imagine what they would be like if something went wrong post sale!
From the professionalism of my consultamt Mauve who was wonderful and helped make the absolure best choice to my installer Ian who was so helpful with hanging my curtains. I could not be more happy with the result. This is the second time of have used victory with Mauve as my consultant and I have been thrilled both times. Both Mauve and Ian were friendly and professional and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting new drapes or blinds. Affordable and excellent quality and service
