I attempted to book a room online through the hotel website. I obviously wasn't paying attention because I ended up booking through this third party site. The transaction was declined and I saw the charges pending on my bank account. I called and they assured me it was a temporary hold that would release after 24 hours. The charges were pending for 4 days before they were actually processed by my bank. I called them again and they assured me I would see a reversal in 24 to 48 hours. 2 days later and that was not the case so I am now disputing the charges with my bank. I would say this is scammy behavior and avoid these parasites at all costs when booking online. Lesson learned.
Horrible. Read the fine print first. We tried to move our reservation to the following month, and made that request THREE WEEKS in advance of the original date, but they refused and charged us the full hotel fee plus a cancellation fee. Again, all we were trying to do was move the reservation by a few weeks and provided notice almost a month in advance. Too bad they said.
My experience was not satisfactory. While the reservation staff was courteous, I ended up being charged an extra $42. Later, I discovered a lower rate for the same room. I canceled my reservation but did not receive a refund for the extra $42.
Having spent considerable time here, I can confidently say that many of these reviews lack the complete truth! The new general manager is straightforward and honest, marking the start of a positive change that is still unfolding. The professionalism of the staff is commendable, especially the contributions from the team members. Issues are resolved efficiently, and the housekeeping team does an excellent job; any messes are typically a result of inconsiderate guests not cleaning up after themselves!
I booked my reservation using credit card points and was informed that a credit card was needed for incidental fees. However, the entire stay ended up being charged to my credit card, and the service team refused to process a refund. The check-in staff was unfriendly, and the overall condition of the place was subpar. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, and the TV guide was unhelpful. The cleanliness was not up to standard. This will definitely be my last visit.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff greeted us with genuine enthusiasm. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and beverages, inquired about our day when we returned from exploring, and were incredibly accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The furnishings were worn, trash had not been cleared, and the facility itself felt outdated. When we approached the front desk to express our concerns, the staff was apologetic and mentioned they were short-staffed, promising to send someone to clean the room within 30 minutes. Additionally, the building's exterior showed signs of neglect. Ultimately, we chose to find accommodations elsewhere. The reservations were made by a family member, and after a serious discussion, she received a refund for the two bookings.
I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars. The price listed on the website is significantly higher! After receiving the hotel receipt, I discovered that I was overcharged by $60, along with a $17.99 service fee that provided no value (the fee was meant for the hotel itself). This feels like a complete scam, as I believed I was booking directly through the hotel’s official site. When I called for assistance, they refused to refund the extra charges or match the price. Please consider using a different website; this one is a waste of both time and money.
